Administration
Meet the Team
Missy Z.
Missy is the owner and administrator of Rainbow ELC. She was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati and has lived in Delhi the large majority of her life. She graduated from Oak Hills High School and went on to receive her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati.
Missy is now married with 2 children (daughters) and 1 grandson. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, going out to eat, and playing with her dogs.
Courtney C
Courtney is the assistant administrator at Rainbow ELC. She started working at Rainbow in 2010 while still in high school and has been here ever since. Courtney graduated from Oak Hills and went on to receive her Bachelors in Business from Mount St. Joseph University and her Associates in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati.
Courtney enjoys spending time with her son (Christian), dog (Harley), and cat (Sunny) in her free time.
Infants
Vickie I.
Vickie is the Lead Teacher in the infant classroom and has worked at Rainbow since 1990. She graduated from Oak Hills High School and went on to receive her Associates in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati. In her free time, Vickie enjoys doing crafts (making lighthouses and gumball machines), doing puzzles, going fishing, going on nature walks, or just hanging out with her 2 dogs (Willow and Loki) and her 7 cats.
Gabby H.
Gabby is a part-time teacher in the infant room. She has been working at Rainbow since 2021 while also attending the University of Cincinnati, working towards a degree in Nursing. In her free time, she enjoys reading, studying, and watching Netflix.
Sissy F.
Sissy is the Assistant Teacher in the infant classroom and has worked at Rainbow since 2019, where she started as the cook. She obtained her Child Development Associate (CDA) in 2024. She enjoys teaching and watching the children learn and grow every day. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband of 25 years and 8 children or going camping.
Kayla Y.
Kayla joined the Rainbow crew in July of 2024. She is an assistant teacher in the infant room. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Young Toddlers
Becca L.
Becca is the Lead Teacher in the young toddler room. She has been working at Rainbow since 2019. She has experience with multiple age groups but has found a home with the young toddlers. Since working with Rainbow, Becca has achieved her CDA. She enjoys working in the young toddler room where she can learn and grow alongside the children.
Kylie D.
Kylie is the assistant teacher in the young toddler room. She started working at Rainbow in February of 2024.
Older Toddlers
Kendra F.
Kendra is the lead teacher of the Older Toddler Classroom. She has been working at Rainbow since 2015. She was a student in the ECE program at Diamond Oaks and completed her student teaching here at Rainbow. She fell in love with the program and children and has been here ever since. Kendra enjoys spending time with her family and 4 dogs or fishing in her free time.
Kathy B.
Kathy is the assistant teacher of the Older Toddler Classroom. She has been working at Rainbow since 2001. She started out as an infant teacher while attending the ECE program at Diamond Oaks. After graduation she moved to the toddler room and has been there ever since. She loves watching them learn and grow. In her free time you can find Kathy watching sunsets and sunrises (especially on the beach) or spending time with her family.
Jewel B.
Jewel is an assistant teacher in the toddler room working alongside Kendra and Kathy. Jewel started working at Rainbow in May of 2024.

Preschool
Jessica F.
Jessica is the Lead Teacher in the Preschool room. She has been working with Rainbow off and on since early 2007. Jessica received her CDA through the University of Cincinnati. She has experience working with every age group but is doing wonderful things with the Preschool Room. She loves watching the children learn and grow every day!
Samantha S.
Samantha is currently a float but most days you can find her hanging out with the Preschool children. She has been working with Rainbow since 2011 and has experience working with every age group. In her spare time you can find Sam hanging out with her two daughters, family, and friends.
Whitney F.
Whitney is an assistant teacher in the Preschool room. She started working at Rainbow in October of 2023 in the infant room. She enjoys working with all age groups but has found a love for the 3-4 year olds.
PreKindergarten
Gabby G.
Gabby is the lead teacher in the PreKindergarten classroom. She has been working at Rainbow since 2015. She graduated from Taylor High School and just recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with an associates in Early Childhood Education! She loves creating fun experiences for the children In her free time, you can find Gabby hanging with her friends and family or cuddled up with a good book!
Essie G.
Essie is the assistant teacher in the PreKindergarten classroom. She is a momma to 2 children and 5 dogs! During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, grabbing coffee, watching a great show/movie, or taking a walk (during warmer weather of course).
School Age
Yvonne H.
Yvonne is the lead teacher of the School Age room. She has been working at Rainbow since 2010 and has experience with every age group of children. Yvonne graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her Associate's in Early Childhood Education. She loves being able to provide the best quality care to the children and their families. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and making memories!
Rachel Z.
Rachel is a part-time school-age teacher. She graduated from Oak Hills High School in 2021 and started working at Rainbow. She is set to graduate from Mount St. Joseph University in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in music education. While at home, she loves to play with her cats and dogs and watch anime. She loves eating, shopping, and spending too much money!
